Built in 2018 and 2019, the villa is fully equiped. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a wide and warmed swimming-pool, german and swiss television, internet, a wide terrasse with outdoor furniture. For kids security, we have a pool cover and the pool space can be shut with a door key.

Holiday destination
Porsmeur beach is a beautifull sandy beach and is located at 50 metres walking from the house. The Plouescat city-center with bakeries, supermarkets and lots of shops is 3km far. Plouescat is near Roscoff, Morlaix and Brest. We have a 9 holes golf at 5 km from the house.
